Hi, I’m Adriana!

Movement has always been a central part of my life.
I spent many years studying and teaching dance before yoga slowly became my main path of practice and study.

What began as a physical exploration gradually opened into something much deeper — a way of meeting myself, my breath, my thoughts, and the way I move through life.

Today I share the practices that have supported me most: consistent movement, honest self-inquiry, and a willingness to stay present with what is here.

The Home Space

The Home Space is an online practice space designed to support a consistent and sustainable practice at home. What you’ll find here already is a small collection of free practices you can return to anytime, including the Self-Practice Toolbox. While the foundation is home practice, there will also be invitations to step into shared spaces through in-person events and retreats for those moments when practicing together feels right.

  • One of the first invitations inside The Home Space is A Month of Practicea four-week online container where a small group meets twice per week for guided practice. The focus is simple: consistent, honest, strong practice. Showing up, practicing together, and experiencing what can shift when practice becomes part of the rhythm of everyday life.

    The first Month of Practice begins in May, with registrations opening at the end of March. Only members of the Home Space will be able to register and spots will be limited.

  • Practicing at home can feel hard sometimes — knowing where to start, what to do, or how to stay consistent when motivation dips. We’ve all been there. This toolbox was created to make self-practice feel simpler and more intuitive. Instead of following a fixed routine, you’ll learn to listen inward and begin exactly with how you feel in this moment.

Mentoring

Maybe you're showing up on the mat, but something still feels out of sync. You want more clarity, more accountability, more grounding, more connection to yourself and your life while also building a strong, mobile and flexible body and mind.

My 1:1 sessions are created for exactly that.
They’re a space for you to slow down, tune in, and build a practice that’s truly personal and powerful. Together, we work in a way that’s steady, intentional, and supportive of real-life shifts. Physical progress will be just one of the results of this work, but the more meaningful progress is the kind that ripples into how you feel, move, and make decisions.

I also host retreats through Sense & Presence, where we create spaces for immersive practice and meaningful time together. We recently wrapped up our retreat in Costa Rica and are currently preparing the next ones. New retreats for 2026 and 2027 will be shared soon.
