ABOUT ME

Movement has been at the center of my life for over two decades. Long before I became a yoga teacher, I spent more than ten years teaching dance and working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and abilities.

One thing that has always guided me is a desire to understand things deeply. Rather than stopping at techniques or methods, I am interested in the principles that lie beneath them. This curiosity has shaped my approach to yoga and continues to lead me back to the source of the practice.

My teaching is rooted in the belief that knowledge becomes meaningful through direct experience. I value embodied understanding over theory alone and see practice as an ongoing act of devotion, something we return to again and again so that we can meet ourselves more fully and truthfully.

Today, I share this work through mentorship, group classes and retreats. I care about helping you build a practice that is sustainable, meaningful, and deeply your own.
