Home is such an intimate space. Ideally, it’s the place where we can be our most unguarded selves. Whether you share your home space or live on your own, taking the time out of your busy life to move, breathe, observe and learn about yourself regularly, is immensely powerful. The body responds, the mind settles, and parts of ourselves that are usually buried under the pace of daily life become easier to access.
The Home Space was created to support that kind of practice.

This is a collection of free resources designed to support a consistent and self-paced practice at home. Inside, you'll find simple tools that can help you reconnect with your body, steady your mind, and develop greater trust in your own experience. Rather than giving you another sequence to follow, the intention is to help you become more independent in your practice and more attuned to what you need on any given day.

MONTH OF PRACTICE
A Month of Practice is an online container where a small group meets twice per week for guided yoga practice. The focus is simple: consistent, honest, strong practice. Showing up, practicing together, and experiencing what can shift when practice becomes part of the rhythm of everyday life.
Practices may include āsana, prāṇāyāma, guided meditation, bandhas, dṛṣṭi, mudrās, and mantra.
Each round begins on the first Tuesday of the month and runs for four weeks.
PRACTICE LIBRARY

The Practice Library is a growing collection of recorded practices that you can return to whenever and wherever practice fits into your day. It is being created for those moments when attending a live class isn't possible but the desire to move, breathe, and reconnect is still there. The library will include practices of different lengths, styles, and focus areas, allowing you to choose what best supports you in the moment. New classes will be added regularly, creating an ever-growing resource for ongoing and sustainable practice.
