REGISTRATION
Over four weeks, we explore yoga beyond the posture itself. Classes may include āsana, prāṇāyāma, bandha, mudrā, dṛṣṭi, mantra, kriyā, philosophy, and focused posture work, offering a broader understanding of how the different elements of practice support one another.
The small group format allows for individual feedback and questions, while recordings and follow-up reflections help integrate the teachings between sessions. Each month combines practical application with traditional teachings, creating a space for steady, meaningful progress through consistent practice.
