About the Workshop

Winter Wellbeing is a cozy 2.5-hour workshop that blends yoga, breath, and seasonal nourishment to support you in daily life. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, respond to its needs, and take home simple practices you can integrate into your routine. Together with Adriana and Karo, you’ll explore movement, breathwork, and mindful nourishment—all designed to help you feel grounded, energized, and nourished throughout winter and beyond.

You’ll also receive a digital self-care toolkit with yoga practices, breathwork, and recipes to support you at home.

The Hosts

Karolin

Karo is a wellbeing coach, plant-based and ayurvedic nutritionist. She will guide you through an interactive session where you will get to enjoy nourishing, delicious snacks. Karo will share her own health journey as well as practical insights into her favorite food routines and gentle habits to uplift your wellbeing. You will learn what you can change today to feel more energized and how to overcome your biggest challenges following a healthy lifestyle.

This session is your chance to reflect, exchange, and create your very own mini-guide to bring home

Adriana

Adriana is a yoga teacher with a focus on honest, embodied practice and self-inquiry. In her session, she will guide you through grounding yoga combined with breathwork to help you reconnect with yourself on a physical, emotional and mental level. With her warm and intentional approach, Adriana creates space for you to listen to your body and discover simple practices that you can integrate into your everyday routine.

This session invites you to move with awareness, breathe with presence, and take home tools that support balance and resilience through the season ahead.
